Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories.

Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Used or damaged products due to misuse.

Personal or consumable items (such as cosmetics or personal care products) once opened.

Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (if stated).

4. Return Process

Customers must contact customer support to initiate a return request.

Once approved, the product must be shipped using the designated courier.

Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error by Sahab Com.

5. Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, customers will be notified of the status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect product:

Sahab Com must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.

Sahab Com will cover all shipping costs for replacement or refund.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.

Orders cannot be canceled after shipment except in accordance with this Refund Policy.
